Out of all of the single digits, the number “6” gets the least love. (Yes, even if you include the zero “0.”) Not only that, the number six gets the least amount of respect. It is associated with “The Devil” and is the number of “The Beast” because… reasons?? It is the least distinguishable amongst the single digits. As a composite number, it loses the appeal that the “prime” numbers 2,3,5, and 7 have. It is not a square number like 4 and 9. Even the number eight has a more aesthetic appeal, with its double loop, vis-a-vis six’s single loop with a cowlick. And I shouldn’t have to explain the appeal of being #1. The only thing the number six can take pride is that it is the first counting number to incorporate the use of a second hand (unless you are one of those people who decides to use the first index finger twice. Sony has officially announced a sequel to the Denzel Washington thriller “The Equalizer.”
Rumors of an “Equalizer” follow-up began months before the R-rated auctioneer opened in September, but it was the film’s strong box office results and home entertainment sales that ultimately pulled the trigger on the second installment.

Stuntmen-turned-directors Chad Stehelski and David Leitch made a big splash last year with their directorial debut, John Wick. The Keanu Reeves action film was a lean exercise in efficient storytelling, intriguing world-building, and balls-to-the-wall actions (how many headshots are in that film? I’m guessing a supercut is going to tell us very soon), and the directors made such a big impression that they’re now lined up to make Cowboy Ninja Viking with Chris Pratt. But in a new interview with Movies.com, the duo also says what John Wick fans have been wanting to hear since the second the credits began to roll on the original: they’re developing a sequel.
Deadpool is finally being developed as a feature film. Fans have been waiting for this for a very long time, and thanks to the awesome test footage that leaked online, Fox finally has the balls to move forward with it and has admitted to themselves that they might have a successful franchise on their hands.
