Well, thanks to Columbia, fans will be able to own one because they’ve recreated the coat and will be selling it soon! These things aren’t cheap and will cost buyers $500 dollars, but I actually might be willing to drop that kind of money on one of these! That’s how much I love the design and how bad I want one!

Here’s the description that was released:

5 Ways Disney Can’t Stop Screwing Up Star Wars

Star Wars. You love it! You think it’s great. But what if Star Wars stopped being great? That would be bad, right? And bad things aren’t great! Everybody knows that! Seeing as how we’re all in agreement here, let’s talk about the possibility that Disney’s entire strategy for Star Wars might be, as a whole, actually madly deeply verifiably bad. I know it’s painful to fathom such a terrible possibility — I mean, The Last Jedi looks just bonkers — but I can’t help to notice a few glaring red flags. Bad flags. So without further ado …

Jar Jar Binks Actor Ahmed Best Reveals He Nearly Took His Own Life After STAR WARS Backlash

jar-jar-binks-actor-ahmed-best-reveals-he-nearly-took-his-own-life-after-star-wars-backlash-social.jpg

Ahmed Best, the actor who played Jar Jar Binks in the Star Wars prequel trilogy recently revealed in a Twitter post that he nearly committed suicide after the backlash he got from starring in Star Wars.

It’s no secret that the Star Wars prequel films have gotten a lot of hate from fans over the years, especially after they were first released. As you know, a lot of that hate was directed toward one character… Jar Jar Binks.

Best was the actor who brought that character to life by providing the motion capture and voice work. It’s been 19 years since The Phantom Menace was released and it’s heartbreaking to hear that the backlash against the actor almost drove him to suicide.

Look, it’s fine not to like a movie. That’s just going to happen, it can’t be helped. But taking it out on an actor who is only doing the job they were hired to do is uncalled for.

Best is looking at putting together a one man show and it seems like he may take the experience of his potential suicide and make it a part of the show. It is definitely a dark topic to explore, but it’s also something that could be therapeutic for him and maybe even help someone else going through a similar situation.

People really need to be careful with their words and where their hate is directed because you never know how it’s going to affect someone.

New details of Disney theme parks’ Star Wars land revealed: ‘Galaxy’s Edge’

The Star Wars-themed lands at Disneyland and Walt Disney World have a new name: Galaxy’s Edge.

And this expansion into the galaxy far, far away will come with some additional rides, attractions, and (in Florida) even a Star Wars hotel, where guests will get a costume to wear and can interact with aliens and fellow Jedi and Sith in an immersive story.

The news came at the D23 Expo, where Bob Chapek, Chairman of Walt Disney parks and resorts, pulled back the curtain of specific parts of the project, which is slated to open in 2019.

At the D23 Expo two years ago, fans learned that one ride would involve piloting the Millennium Falcon in a dogfight with the forces of the First Order. Now, we have concept art showing what it will look like inside the cockpit.

Mark Hamill Talks About Recasting Leia in EPISODE IX

2016 was a rough year for geeks. So many pop culture icons were lost that year. For Star Wars fans, the biggest loss came in December 2016 with the passing of Carrie Fisher. Fisher was our princess, our hero, and our general. Her passing came after filming for The Last Jedi finished but before its premiere. This has left many wondering what will happen with Leia in Episode IX. We were all lead to believe that she would play an integral role in the film, but now that will most likely be different.

J.J. Abrams has a tough task ahead of him in writing Episode IX with Chris Terrio and having to figure out what to do with Leia. Kathleen Kennedy has already said that they will not digitally reconstruct Leia similar to Tarkin in Rogue One. This leaves an off-screen death with an explanation in the opening crawl or recasting Leia. Neither of those options will be very satisfying for fans.

Mark Hamill Complains About THE LAST JEDI Again; This Time it’s About Milking The Alien Creature

Mark Hamill is now talking about another thing that he didn’t like about Star Wars: The Last Jedi. He’s already voiced several complaints about how he didn’t necessarily like how Luke Skywalker was handled. His latest complaint deals with the scene where we see Luke milk and alien creature for blue milk to drink, and this is actually valid.

While the scene did offer a laugh, the time wasted on it would have been better served with seeing Luke mourning the loss of his friend Han Solo, which is a scene that was cut. While talking to IGN about the deleted scenes of the film Hamill had this to say:a
