Netflix Working on New ‘Voltron,’ Guillermo del Toro’s ‘Trollhunters’

Netflix’s plan to double its original content by 2016 proved undoubtedly ambitious, and it seems DreamWorks Animation may help it happen. The two have partnered up to add some major names to Netflix’s original programming slate, including a new Voltron series, as well as Guillermo del Toro’s Trollhunters project. According to Variety, the new agreement between Netflix and DreamWorks will add both a number of original series and the studio’s feature films, as well as DreamWorks content to markets outside China. Among the new series, Netflix is said to be developing a “re-imagining” of the Voltron property, as well as del Toro’s Trollhunters, which “will unleash a new, fantastical world wrapped around two best friends who make a startling discovery beneath their hometown.” Not only that, but the deal also expands the marketplace for existing series The Adventures of Puss in Boots, Dinotrux, and Dragons: Race to the Edge, while new series will be developed off DreamWorks movies, past, present and future.Guillermo del Toro has his ladle in enough enough stews to give Trollhunters a unique flavor, but what should we expect from a new Voltron series?

been BATMAN V SUPERMAN v Milk: Dawn of Duelling Movie Breakfast Cereals

Movie cereals seemed to take a hiatus in the late nineties and early oughts, but they’re back with a vengeance now. Star Wars and Minions have both seen in the aisles of supermarkets, and now here comes Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice eats. In keeping with the movie’s theme, however, two competing cereals have been spawned: one for Batman, and one for Superman, snapped in the wild by Jason Helton at WhoseResponsibleThis.com. And like Prince during his WB contract dispute days, these cereals don’t even have names you can write, just symbols. Plus abs on the box that you will never have if you eat too many of the contents. Video by YouTuber Bill Bergen that depicts the emotional Force user faced with common, everyday scenarios and not reacting well to them AT ALL. His tantrums were sometimes played for laughs in the movie, but it would be pretty terrifying to be near someone with that much power if he flew into a fit like that, so this video tones down the horror and plays up the humor. Check it out:
