Nearly a month ago, it was confirmed that production has begun on Wolverine 3, with recent photos seemingly hinting that this final Wolverine movie will actually be adapted from the “Old Man Logan” comics, which has been rumored for months. We still haven’t gotten any official plot details at this time, but today a new rumor has surfaced, which not only claims that this story won’t be based on “Old Man Logan”, but reveals the new title. Superman will make his first real appearance on “Supergirl” next season. Variety reports that casting is currently underway for Clark Kent, who’ll appear in the first two episodes of the series’ second season this fall. The announcement paves the way to the first new live-action portrayal of the Man of Steel on TV since “Smallville” ended in 2011.
Executive producer Andrew Kreisberg expressed excitement about the prospect of having Superman on the show, speaking also for fellow producers Greg Berlanti and Ali Adler. “Greg, Ali and I are beyond thrilled to welcome Clark Kent and his slightly-more-famous alter ego to the world of Supergirl,” he said. “Superman will be appearing in the first two episodes of the new season and we cannot wait to see who next dons the red cape!” Continue reading
Ever since it was hinted at that she would become a part of the MCU, Captain Marvel and the actresses that may play her have been the subject of endless online speculation. From famous faces to lesser known names, the rumor mill has been ripe with options. Now, it looks like recent Oscar-winner, Brie Larson, barring any casting complications, is set to take on the role of the American security officer with the alien Kree race DNA merged into hers. Pacific Rim 2 is getting a sci-fi genre fan-favorite, and it’s a pretty big deal! It may be a little hard to believe, but it has already been three years since Guillermo Del Toro brought Pacific Rim to the big screen. Though the film didn’t quite kill it at the domestic box office, it did do pretty well internationally, and spawned comic books, an in-development animated series and a whole lot of merchandise, so the franchise potential is there and a sequel is on the way. The consensus is that even though Zack Snyder’s Batman v Superman bombed, Ben Affleck received high marks in his portrayal of the Dark Knight. Fans are actually excited to see what he ends up doing with the solo film that he’s currently developing with Geoff Johns. Sideshow and Prime 1 Studio are proud to present Two-Face from Batman: Arkham Knight. District Attorney Harvey Dent was one of Batman’s strongest allies in Gotham City until Carmine Falcone threw acid in Dent’s face and hideously scarred him. The wounds fractured Dent’s psyche, and he was reborn as Two-Face: a schizoid criminal mastermind, obsessed with duality. His former good-luck charm, a “two-headed” trick silver dollar, was damaged on one side from the attack, and Dent had seized on it as a reflection of his half-scarred visage.
The statue features an interchangeable head, left hand featuring his iconic coin, and right arm for holding a pistol.
