Carrie-Anne Moss Will Reprise Her Jessica Jones Role on Iron Fist.

Marvel and Netflix have announced today that a familiar MCU face is joining the cast of their upcoming Iron Fist series. Carrie-Anne Moss, who debuted as lawyer Jeri Hogarth on “Marvel’s Jessica Jones”, will reprise her role on the new show.

“Carrie-Anne has fast become a fan-favorite part of our street level saga,” says Executive Producer/Head of Marvel Television, Jeph Loeb. “As Marvel fans know, Hogarth in the comics plays a critical role in the life of Danny Rand so it seems only fitting that Carrie-Anne join in.” Continue reading

Some sad news has arrived for all of you east coast True Believers out there…Perhaps one of the biggest reasons that we have fan conventions in general, Stan Lee will be making his last appearance at New York Comic-Con ever this year, the convention announced recently on their site. There’s no official reason why Lee has marked this year to be his last for the convention, though since the man is now 93 years old, I imagine traveling every year across the country to New York may sound a bit less appealing the older he gets. It’s been a rough week for Marvel’s television properties, with the news that ABC would not only be cancelling the well-received Agent Carter due to its disappointing ratings, but also would be passing on the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. spinoff series, Marvel’s Most Wanted. And let’s not forget those comments from S.H.I.E.L.D. star Chloe Bennet, who told fans that Marvel doesn’t acknowledge the events of the series because the studio “doesn’t seem to care” about the show.

IRON MAN 3 Was Supposed To Have a Female Villain! Here is why that changed!

Writer/director Shane Black explained  in a new interview to Uproxx some information regarding Iron Man 3‘s other villain: Killian. Ultimately, he was played by Guy Pearce. However, Black originally wanted Killian to be a woman, but the filmmakers received a note from on high about how that decision was unacceptable and had to be changed to sell more toys. Bryan Singer Has Pitched X-23 to Fox to Be the New Wolverine

It was previously rumored that X-23 might join Logan in director James Mangold’s Wolverine 3. With Hugh Jackman hanging up his claws after this movie, it would make sense to see a Wolverine replacement, and if that happened, Marvel’s new female Wolverine, Laura Kinney, who was previously known as X-23, would be the perfect choice.
