Bryan Singer Has Pitched X-23 to Fox to Be the New Wolverine

It was previously rumored that X-23 might join Logan in director James Mangold’s Wolverine 3. With Hugh Jackman hanging up his claws after this movie, it would make sense to see a Wolverine replacement, and if that happened, Marvel’s new female Wolverine, Laura Kinney, who was previously known as X-23, would be the perfect choice.

Bryan Singer Set to Direct 20,000 LEAGUES UNDER THE SEA

Bryan Singer announced via Instagram that his next film project after X-Men: Apocalypse will be a new big screen adaptation of 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. He posted a photo of the script he has been working on and offered the following statement:

X-MEN: APOCALYPSE – New Leaked Image of Apocalypse Looks a lot Better

A couple of images from Bryan Singer’s X-Men: Apocalypse have hit the internet. It looks like they come from a post-production editing bay being used to work on the movie, but they didn’t come from Singer. The were posted by an X-Men news Twitter feed.

One of the images offers us a much better look at Oscar Isaac as Apocalypse. He actually looks a lot more like the villain in this image, so that’s encouraging. Maybe those original photos we saw of the character weren’t the completed version of what we will see in the movie. Continue reading

Bryan Singer Confirms Ben Hardy Is Angel In X-Men: Apocalypse

Bryan Singer has confirmed exclusively to Empire that Angel will be in X-Men: Apocalypse, and that he’ll be played by Ben Hardy.

Hardy, a former EastEnders star, was cast a while back, but his character name was withheld. But as the latest X-Men movie gets closer to production in Montreal, speculation has abounded for weeks that he would be playing Angel, a winged mutant who was one of the original X-Men, so Empire got on the phone with Singer and asked him for confirmation.
