Kevin Feige Says That BLACK PANTHER is the Best Marvel Movie Ever Made, Do You Agree?

Black Panther is a fun film. I liked how it turned out. It told a great complex story with dramatic layers and it was also fun. But… is it the best Marvel movie ever made? Marvel Studios president, Kevin Feige says it is! During an interview with ABC, that you can watch below, Feige said:

“The movie finished, and I looked over at Ryan [Coogler], I said, ‘that’s the best movie we’ve ever made.'”

That’s quite a bold statement from Kevin Feige, but… I have to respectfully disagree. Everyone is going to have their own opinion on this matter because everyone has different tastes. There’s really no right or wrong answer to this.

After watching Black Panther I went back and watched The Winter Soldier and Civil War, and those films are still so amazing. Those along with Iron Man and the Guardians of the Galaxy films I think are better Marvel films than Black Panther. That’s just my opinion, though.

Ryan Coogler Wanted Kraven The Hunter To Appear in BLACK PANTHER

Marvel’s Black Panther movie is a visual feast of awesomeness and fans are going to freakin’ love it! As you’d expect the film is filled with all kinds of comic book references and characters that are associated with Wakanda and other elements of the MCU. However, there was one character from the comics that director Ryan Coogler really wanted to use, but unfortunately, he wasn’t able to. That character is Kraven the Hunter! During an interview with Yahoo!, the director said:

“Being a Marvel fan, you want to grab all the characters. You realise there’s contractual things. You don’t have that character. There was a Christopher Priest run that was pretty heavy, there’s a big scene where Panther’s fighting Kraven, Kraven the Hunter.

“I’ve always loved Kraven the Hunter in almost every iteration. So there was a moment – ‘Can I grab Kraven?’ – and they were ‘Nah, you don’t have Kraven.’ He was one where I thought ‘Oh, man.’ But I don’t even know if he would have worked in the movie we ended up with, this was the early days.”
