Getting the Inhumans onto our screens has been a very interesting development process. What began as a film due to be released in 2019 as part of the MCU’s Phase Three is now a TV show on ABC with its first two episodes expected to have a theatrical release in IMAX theaters this year. Earlier in February, it was announced that Iwan Rheon had been cast as the treacherous Maximus The Mad, Black Bolt’s brother. Carrie-Anne Moss Will Reprise Her Jessica Jones Role on Iron Fist.

Marvel and Netflix have announced today that a familiar MCU face is joining the cast of their upcoming Iron Fist series. Carrie-Anne Moss, who debuted as lawyer Jeri Hogarth on “Marvel’s Jessica Jones”, will reprise her role on the new show.

“Carrie-Anne has fast become a fan-favorite part of our street level saga,” says Executive Producer/Head of Marvel Television, Jeph Loeb. “As Marvel fans know, Hogarth in the comics plays a critical role in the life of Danny Rand so it seems only fitting that Carrie-Anne join in.” Continue reading

Earlier this year, it was reported that Netflix was developing a Punisher spin-off, set to focus on Jon Bernthal’s gun-toting vigilante from “Marvel’s Daredevil” Season 2. The report was met with caution from Marvel TV head Jeph Loeb, but now Marvel and Netflix have made it official!

THE PUNISHER Series Reportedly In Development at Marvel and Netflix


We’ve already heard rumors that Netflix and Marvel were considering a standalone series based on The Punisher. It looks like they might be moving forward with those plans! TV Line is reporting that it is now in development at Marvel.

Fans will get their first official look Jon Bernthal’s version of the character in Daredevil Season 2, which is set to premiere on Friday, March 18th. Apparently the powers at be were so impressed by what Bernthal brought to the character that they wanted to pursue a solo series. Continue reading

When Marvel and Netflix failed to announce, well, just about anything about Iron Fist, the fourth show in its lineup that began with Daredevil and leads up to the superhero team-up mini-series The Defenders, the internet began to wonder about the show’s prospects.
