Sideshow and Hot Toys are delighted to officially introduce the sixth scale collectible figure of The Joker (Purple Coat Version) for all the Joker fans out there!

The highly movie-accurate collectible figure is specially crafted based on Jared Leto’s image as The Joker in his purple coat and boxer outfit in the movie and features a newly sculpted laughing expression head sculpt, newly developed body for Joker to showcase the large variety of tattoos on his body, a finely tailored costume, and a specially designed Suicide Squad themed figure stand with character backdrop. Warner Bros. Pictures has released the first Suicide Squad trailer, following its debut on the DC Films Presents: Dawn of the Justice League special on The CW. Check out the Suicide Squad trailer in the player below!

Expertly edited to Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody,” director David Ayer’s love letter to the bad guys looks like a whole lot of fun. We’re wondering, though, how serious does this movie take these characters? The Queen makes it seem like “Not so much” which is the exact opposite of the tone we got from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, which takes place in this same world.

This week has been filled with new Suicide Squad photos and movie details thanks to the new issue of Empire Magazine. Some of those things include Jared Leto talking about the Joker, Cara Delevingne talking about Enchantress, and talk of a villainous love triangle. David Ayer’s Suicide Squad Cast Assembles!

Suicide Squad CastAs production nears, Warner Bros.’ Suicide Squad has pulled its cast together for a read-through. Although Jared Leto (The Joker) is noticeably absent, the above image, Tweeted by writer and director David Ayer, reveals a few surprise additions to the film’s ensemble cast such as Neighbors star Ike Barinholtz and Flags of Our Fathers’ Adam Beach. Jake Gyllenhaal Passes on SUICIDE SQUAD

After Tom Hardy dropped out of Suicide Squad, Warner Bros. went after Jake Gyllenhaal and offered him the role of Rick Flagg. Gyllenhaal would have been great in the role, especially after he beefed up for his upcoming boxing film Southpaw. We won’t be seeing Gyllenhaal in the movie, though. According to Variety, the actor passed on the offer. I’m sure the studio was prepared for this and has a list of actors they would like to bring on.

I actually thought that Gyllenhaal would take the part as he already has a working relationship with director David Ayer. The two worked together on the incredible police drama End of Watch. There was no reason given as to why he passed, but production starts in April, so there’s still plenty of time to find an actor to take on the role of Rick Flagg.

The movie still has a lot of star power behind it, including Will Smith (Deadshot), Margot Robbie (Harley Quinn), Jared Leto (The Joker), Jai Courtney (Captain Boomerang), and Cara Delevingne (Enchantress). They obviously want another big A-list star to play Flagg,

So with 2 big names out for the  same  role  who would you like to see as flagg?
