Disneyland’s Star Wars Land Expansion Layout Shown in Map and New Details Revealed
Disneyland has officially started the construction of Star Wars Land, which was announced last year at Disney’s D23 Expo. The expansion will include 14 acres of unused space, and we’ve only seen a few pieces of concept art for what fans can expect to see. We now have a map that shows us the layout of Star Wars Land that shows us where all the attractions will be, and it shows us just how big that the expansion is going to be. The Spider-Man Deal Between Marvel and Sony Still Isn’t Fully Solidified

Star Wars: Episode VIII pushed to Open December 15, 2017

Disney and Lucasfilm announced that Star Wars: Episode VIII, originally scheduled for release in summer 2017, will now debut on December 15, 2017.
Rogue One: A Star Wars Story will still be released December 16, 2016.
The move makes sense. Not only does it give director Rian Johnson, who is rumored to be doing major rewrites, more time, it will now mirror the release schedule of The Force Awakens, which is still enjoying massive success over a month after release thanks to a lack of competition. The May release, the traditional date for the previous six Star Wars movies, would mean stiffer competition from other summer blockbusters.
