Will IDW answer why “Command” starts with a “K” in M.A.S.K. comic reboot?

The 1980s cartoon “M.A.S.K.” was one of many action series, and it could make for a hell of an awesome film. With the right script and director, (think George Miller) it could be at the same caliber of greatness as Mad Max: Fury Road. If you hope that Paramount Pictures and the creative team they’ve gathered to develop the film will do the series justice, then you will have another Jem and the Holograms at your hands. If you want this to be somewhat decent, on the other hand… that’s another story.

Before that movie comes out, though, fans will be treated to a comic book reboot from writer Brandon Easton and artist Tony Vargas. The comic is being published by IDW, and according to USA Today, they will be giving it a Fast and Furious spin. Continue reading

Punisher Spin-Off Officially Ordered at Netflix!

Earlier this year, it was reported that Netflix was developing a Punisher spin-off, set to focus on Jon Bernthal’s gun-toting vigilante from “Marvel’s Daredevil” Season 2. The report was met with caution from Marvel TV head Jeph Loeb, but now Marvel and Netflix have made it official!

Alicia Vikander is officially the next Lara Croft in the ‘Tomb Raider’ movies


Alicia Vikander, who won an Oscar for her performance in “The Danish Girl,” will take over the role of Lara Croft in the “Tomb Raider” movies, based on the video games, Variety reported.
