NOVA #1 Preview – NEW COMIC
Sam Alexander isn’t alone anymore in the upcoming Nova #1. With his dad Jesse back in the fold, it is time for the Alexander family to get a fresh start, but there are still some mysteries as to what Jesse has been through while he was lost, and that will be the main focus of Sean Ryan and Cory Smith’s first arc. Nova has been excellent for awhile now, even without Richard Rider at the helm, and hopefully this will be a good place for new fans to hop on.
Benicio Del Toro Will Be Back as The Collector in GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 2
Benicio del Toro was introduced in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as The Collector during a post credits scene in Thor: The Dark World. I remember a lot of audience members being like, “What the hell was that!?” When James Gunn’s Guardians of the Galaxy was released we learned a lot more about The Collector, and we realized wouldn’t be the last we saw of him. Marvel Studios Phase 3 Update
Now that Phase 2 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe has officially reached its conclusion with the release of Marvel’s Ant-Man, we have new details on what to expect in Phase 3!
Following our hero’s debut adventure in this summer’s Ant-Man, Scott Lang will return alongside Hope Van Dyne on July 6, 2018 with Marvel’s Ant-Man and the Wasp. The sequel will mark the first Marvel Studios film named after its heroine. Continue reading
Marvel Announces Power Man And Iron Fist Series
Marvel Comics has announced a new Power Man and Iron Fist series, bringing back the beloved bromance between Luke Cage and Danny Rand. The series will be written by David F. Walker (Shaft, Cyborg) and drawn by Sanford Greene (Runaways, Uncanny Avengers).
Power Man and Iron Fist is a throwback to the 1978 team-up series that later spawned the Heroes for Hire team in its various incarnations. Continue reading

Ben Karlin, former executive producer of The Daily Show and The Colbert Report, is developing a new show called Damage Control for Marvel TV, and ABC has just given it a pilot order.

Kevin Feige Discusses The Infinity Stones & Hints When We’ll See The Rest
The Infinity Stones have become the central point of the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe. These ancient items of power as old as the universe itself have been showing up for years, and will eventually be brought together, presumably by the mad Titan named Thanos. That purple-faced, crumpled-chinned monster, in the comics, gathers the Infinity Stones (or gems) together for one purpose: to end all life in the universe. Not good.
So far, we’ve seen four out of six of the stones, in the form of the Tesseract, the Aether, the Orb, and Loki’s Staff. That means there are two remaining, and Kevin Feige, Marvel Studios President, says we’ll be seeing them soon. Continue reading
Kevin Feige Says Marvel Plans To Do Great Things With Spider-Man
If there’s a fan out there who thinks Marvel went through the trouble of negotiating shared custody of Spider-Man with Sony because they felt they could get something mediocre out of the character, Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige assures you that the bar is set at least a little bit higher.
“Making that agreement … was great, and was really amazing, and on a personal level making these movies, it means a lot because I think we can do great things with Spider-Man,” Feige told IGN. “I think Spider-man can serve great purpose in our universe and that’s where he belongs. That was what was unique about him in the comics was not that he was the only superhero in the world; it’s that he was a totally different kind of superhero when compared against all the other ones in the Marvel universe at the time.”
You know what they say: “With great purpose, comes great profitability,”…wait, that’s not right…

Hugh Jackman Suggests Tom Hardy As The Next Wolverine
Hugh Jackman is preparing to play Logan one last time in his third standalone Wolverine movie. After that, we have no idea what to expect from 20th Century Fox when it comes to the character. There’s no way that the studio is going to give up on this cash cow, and we’re all expecting them to cast someone else in the role.
During an interview with MTV, Jackman is asked who he would like to see take over the role. After saying that a younger actor will most likely take over for him, he drops the name of Tom Hardy as a good fit for the role. That’s a suggestion that’s not hard to argue with.
