Benicio del Toro was introduced in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as The Collector during a post credits scene in Thor: The Dark World. I remember a lot of audience members being like, “What the hell was that!?” When James Gunn’s Guardians of the Galaxy was released we learned a lot more about The Collector, and we realized wouldn’t be the last we saw of him.
