In the wake of Deadpool‘s massive box office success, it shouldn’t be too long until we hear about an X-Force movie officially getting the green light and moving into production at 20th Century Fox. Kick-Ass 2 director Jeff Wadlow wrote a script a couple of years ago, and was supposed to be directing the live-action feature, but that never ended up happening. But Ryan Reynolds has spoken about X-Force as “a priority,” and considering how much money Deadpool made this past weekend, I’d guess Fox will push that plan through fairly quickly. Continue reading

Todd McFarlane has been talking about a new Spawn movie for a few years now, but he told ComicBook.com in an exclusive interview that 2016 is the year he makes it happen. At Toy Fair New York, McFarlane sat down and talked toys, branching out, and his first love, Spawn.”I’ve finished the script, and I’m in the process of editing,” McFarlane told ComicBook when asked for an update. “It’s 183 pages, and [producers] usually like 120. I still think it’s going to end up being about 140, because I’m putting in details for myself.”

Yesterday there was a surprise announcement that “Quantum Break”, a highly anticipated Xbox One exclusive would actually also be launching on the PC at the same time in April. On top of that, those who pre-order the Xbox One version get the PC version as well, which is something we will see happen more often as Microsoft wants to bring more cross-platform features to Xbox One and Windows 10.
According to Microsoft’s head of Xbox, Phil Spencer, cross-buy between PC and Xbox One will be a platform feature: “We’ll make it a platform feature. We think it’s good for gamers. More players, more games, better ecosystem”.

The scientific achievements are mind-blowing. We have made gigantic leaps in transportation, communications, media, astronomy, medicine, and electronics. Unfortunately, not all of this technological advancements have been used for peaceful endeavors. You can argue that the two World Wars were the impetus to many of modern discoveries, but it also the biggest reasons why the 20th century could also be considered one of the worst in human history. We also had countless minor wars (besides the 2 big ones), a Great Depression, one Holocaust (plus a few genocides), a flu pandemic, and worst of all – disco music.
