LOBO Film Moves Back Into Development. Maybe he’ll be cool again when it’s released.

Warner Bros. and DC Entertainment’s feature film adaptation of the comic book Lobo is back in development! There hasn’t been much news on the project since Dwayne Johnson confirmed he might play the title character back in 2012.

According to TheWrap, the studio has hired Wonder Woman screenwriter Jason Fuchs to write the script for the movie. They must have liked what he did with Gal Gadot and Chris Pine’s upcoming film. Continue reading

Paramount Setting up the Future of G.I. JOE and MICRONAUTS Franchises

Not long ago, Paramount Pictures took a page from the TV production playbook and created a writers room to generate ideas for the future of the Transformers franchise. Batman & Robin and A Beautiful Mind writer Akiva Goldsman led the group, and the result of the studio’s efforts was coming up with at least five viable ideas for upcoming movies. It looks like Paramount liked how the writers room idea turned out, because they’ve hired Goldsman to oversee new rooms for G.I.
