First Look at Gal Gadot in Solo WONDER WOMAN Film and Full Cast Announced

Wonder Woman started production recently and Gal Gadot shared the first photo of herself in the role of the legendary Amazonian Princess. She posted the image on Twitter with the following caption:

“Almost 75 years in the making… #WonderWoman is underway.”

The photo is just a little tease to get fans excited. It is pretty cool that after all these years this movie is finally getting made. Hopefully, director Patty Jenkins will give fans a Wonder Woman film that they can be proud of.

The full cast of the film was also announced, and that cast consists of Chris Pine as Captain Steve Trevor, Robin Wright (“House of Cards”), Danny Huston (X-Men Origins: Wolverine), David Thewlis (the Harry Potter films), Ewen Bremner (Exodus: Gods and Kings), Saïd Taghmaoui (American Hustle), Elena Anaya (The Skin I Live In) and Lucy Davis (Shaun of the Dead).

EA Has Sequels Planned For ‘Star Wars Battlefront’

Just a few days ago Star Wars Battlefront was released much to the pleasure of millions of fans who have been waiting for over a decade for another Battlefront game. Thankfully, we’re already being assured that we won’t have to wait nearly as long for the next installment in the series. Gamespot reports that just before the game launched earlier this week EA’s CFO Blake Jorgensen spoke about Battlefront at the UBS Global Technology Conference in San Francisco, California. He had a lot to say, most importantly confirming that sequels for Star Wars Battlefront are part of their plan, among other games. Continue reading

Evan Peters on ‘Bigger’ X-Men: Apocalypse Quicksilver Scene

Quicksilver Apocalypse scene bigger Evan Peters on Bigger X Men: Apocalypse Quicksilver Scene

Many moviegoers ridiculed the look of Evan Peter’s Quicksilver heading into last year’s X-Men: Days of Future Past, but the speedster mutant ended up having the last laugh. One of the most memorable moments in Bryan Singer’s film was a jaw-dropping slow-motion sequence showcasing Quicksilver’s powers, as he foiled Pentagon guards’ attempt to capture Wolverine, Charles Xavier, and Magneto.

Quicksilver was a scene stealer, but his time on-screen was very brief. Needless to say, fans are eagerly awaiting his return in next summer’s X-Men: Apocalypse, where Quicksilver will be on a personal mission to find his father and gets “sucked up into this whole Apocalypse madness.” Those hoping he gets another action scene won’t be disappointed, since an even larger one is in the cards.

Frank Miller Will Write DARK KNIGHT IV and Wants a Carrie Kelley Spinoff

It looks like Dark Knight III: The Master Race won’t be the last story in the Frank Miller saga. In a recent interview, he revealed that he will also write Dark Knight IV.

The Master Race is being written by Brian Azzarello, but Miller says that the fourth chapter in the saga will come from his own hand. While talking to Newsarama Miller said:

“I thoroughly applaud what [Brian’s] doing. But now that he’s doing his, it’s now a four-part series, I’m doing the fourth.”

Miller went on to explain that he is aware of Azzarello’s story, and he told the site that he supported it. However, “he said that after he reads DK3 in full, he intends to create his own fourth chapter.” It’s this fourth chapter that will presumably close out the saga. Continue reading

Daniel Craig and Rooney Mara Could Return For THE GIRL IN THE SPIDER’S WEB

Last week, word came out that producers Amy Pascal and Scott Rudin are developing a sequel to David Fincher’s The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, but neither Fincher, nor stars Daniel Craig and Rooney Mara would be back to reprise their roles. Ex Machina and The Man From U.N.C.L.E. star Alicia Vikander’s name was brought up as a potential replacement in the role of Lisbeth Salander, but Mara has since stated that “As far as I know I’m doing it until someone tells me otherwise.” So there appears to be some confusion going on behind the scenes.
