Hot Toys has officially revealed the first photos of their upcoming Daredevil 1/6 scale collectible figure, which you can check out in the gallery below! The screen-accurate collectible figure is specially crafted based on the image of Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock/Daredevil in Season 2 of Marvel’s Daredevil. Both seasons of Marvel’s Daredevil are now streaming on Netflix, and the man without fear will return for Marvel’s “The Defenders” as well as a third season at a later date. Continue reading →

Sigourney Weaver is Netflix’s biggest villain in Defenders

Marvel’s head of TV Jeph Loeb just announced that Sigourney Weaver will be the main villain in Netflix’s The Defenders. The surprise reveal was made at New York Comic Con, where fans got to see Weaver come onstage next to the Defenders themselves, Charlie Cox, Finn Jones, Krysten Ritter, and Mike Colter.

We don’t know what villain Weaver will play, but the casting is obviously big news. As essentially the first lady of sci-fi, Weaver is iconic for her roles in Ghostbusters, Avatar, and obviously the Alien series. We’re looking forward to whatever it is she does.

With Captain America: Civil War igniting the box office, many can barely contain themselves for the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War two-parter. At the same time, Marvel is also readying its Luke Cage series on Netflix for a late September release. Finn Jones Has Been Cast as Netflix’s Iron Fist

Marvel and Netflix haven’t commented yet, but the news comes by way of Entertainment Weekly. The choice of Jones will be a disappointment to fans who were pushing for Marvel to add some diversity to their heroes by choosing an Asian-American actor for Danny Rand/Iron Fist, but … at least he’s not named Chris?
