Last season on FX’s “American Horror Story”, singer Lady Gaga made her TV acting debut, playing The Countess on the critically-acclaimed anthology series. It has been reported last November that FX renewed the series for Season 6. At that time, no story details had been revealed, nor had we heard about any returning cast members. The Star Wars universe has lost an important figure, one who helped bring the franchise’s most beloved droid to life. BBC is reporting that Tony Dyson, who built the original R2-D2 robots for the 1977 sci-fi classic Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope, has passed away at the age of 68. He passed away from natural causes, but an autopsy is being performed to determine the official cause of death. 
After languishing in development for several years, Paramount and MGM’s long-awaited Death Wish remake is finally moving forward. Deadline reports that Bruce Willis has signed on to star, with Israeli filmmakers Aharon Keshales and Navot Papushado (Big Bad Wolves) coming aboard to direct. Paramount and MGM will distribute the remake, which hopes to get production started this summer. 
The Transformers comprise one of the most popular media franchises of all time. Having started life out as a toy line in 1984, the Transformers have branched out into animated television shows, comic books, countless forms of merchandise and, most recently, a very financially successful live action movie franchise (in spite of the fact that Michael Bay has actually done a pretty terrible job of directing them).
