We’ve heard rumors about Hugh Jackman reprising his role as Wolverine in X-Men: Apocalypse, but the actor has given no indication that he will actually be in the movie. Now, thanks to a custom leather goods company named Kika NY, we’ve learned that Wolverine will in fact be in the film. They revealed some sketches for a special duffle backpack that they were commissioned to make for Jackman, and said,
We were just asked to make a special duffle backpack for Hugh Jackman who is filming the new X MEN movie in Montreal. We started sketching – The bag will be ready next week- we will keep you posted!
There’s no information on how big of a part he will play in the story. It makes sense that he would appear in film, especially after that ending for X-Men: Days of Future Past. It left his fate completely up in the air. I assume they will just continue that plot line for his character. In the comics, Apocalypse transforms powerful mutants into his Four Horsemen that include War, Famine, Pestilence, and Death. At one point, he turned Wolverine into Death. Who knows if they’ll take the story in that direction. I guess we’ll have to wait and see.

Bryan Singer has confirmed exclusively to Empire that Angel will be in X-Men: Apocalypse, and that he’ll be played by Ben Hardy.
Hardy, a former EastEnders star, was cast a while back, but his character name was withheld. But as the latest X-Men movie gets closer to production in Montreal, speculation has abounded for weeks that he would be playing Angel, a winged mutant who was one of the original X-Men, so Empire got on the phone with Singer and asked him for confirmation. The X-Men ranks are filling up as director Bryan Singer has announced that Jubilee, one of the comic franchise’s mutants, will appear in X-Men: Apocalypse. To be played by young actress Lana Condor, Jubilation “Jubilee” Lee can emit colorful energy plasma that she uses against enemies. Singer announced the addition Wednesday on Instagram and Twitter. 20th Century Fox certainly lucked out in nabbing Jennifer Lawrence for the X-Men series right before she achieved mega-stardom with the Hunger Games franchise and an Oscar-win for Silver Linings Playbook. X-Men: Days of Future Past took advantage of this by making her Mystique a pivotal character, although if a new interview with MTV is any indication Mystique will not be so front-and-center after the upcoming X-Men: Apocalypse.
