Finn Jones Has Been Cast as Netflix’s Iron Fist

Marvel and Netflix haven’t commented yet, but the news comes by way of Entertainment Weekly. The choice of Jones will be a disappointment to fans who were pushing for Marvel to add some diversity to their heroes by choosing an Asian-American actor for Danny Rand/Iron Fist, but … at least he’s not named Chris? Simon Kinberg Says X-FORCE Movie Could Be Rated R

In the wake of Deadpool‘s massive box office success, it shouldn’t be too long until we hear about an X-Force movie officially getting the green light and moving into production at 20th Century Fox. Kick-Ass 2 director Jeff Wadlow wrote a script a couple of years ago, and was supposed to be directing the live-action feature, but that never ended up happening. But Ryan Reynolds has spoken about X-Force as “a priority,” and considering how much money Deadpool made this past weekend, I’d guess Fox will push that plan through fairly quickly.
