The CW Renewals: All Four DC Comics Series to Return

Here's the full list of The CW renewals.

The CW has given early renewals to 11 of its primetime series for the 2016-2017 season!

The CW renewals list includes the shows Arrow, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, The Flash, iZombie, Jane The Virgin, The Originals, Reign, Supernatural, The Vampire Diaries and The 100.

“The CW has become home to some of the most critically-acclaimed shows on broadcast television,” says The CW’s President, Mark Pedowitz, “with a wide array of fantastic scripted series across the week, ranging from musical comedy, to superhero action, to gritty sci-fi dramas. As we continue to further our strategy of more year-round original programming, picking up these 11 series for the 2016-2017 season puts us in a great position of having proven, high-quality shows to launch in the fall as well as midseason and summer of 2017.” Continue reading →

Fans May Have To Wait Years For New DC Comics Shows To Hit Netflix, Hulu

If you’re one of the many “Arrow” and “Flash” fans that waits to watch the shows when they hit streaming services like Hulu and Netflix, your viewing habits may be about to change. According to a report from the Associated Press, Time Warner is considering changing the way it distributes is DC Comics-based shows to streaming services in a move that would favor traditional cable and satellite packages.
