The Doom Patrol will appear on the Titans TV Show

DC Entertainment CCO Geoff Johns has made a huge reveal by showing off the title page for an upcoming episode of Titans. “The #Titans are getting some company…” he wrote

ahead of the photo that reveals the episode’s title of “Doom Patrol.”

Created by writers Arnold Drake & Bob Haney and artist Bruno Premiani, The Doom Patrol are a superpowered group of misfits in the DCU whose adventures border on the incredibly bizarre and outrageous, even for comics. Lead by Niles Caulder, the original team consisted of the likes of the super strong (albeit dimwitted) Cliff Steele, the self explanatory Elasti-Girl, and the astral projected Negative Man.

Brenton Thwaites Will Play Dick Grayson a.k.a. Robin in DC’s TITANS Series

Brenton Thwaites (The Giver, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales) has been cast in the role of Dick Grayson a.k.a. Robin in the upcoming live-action DC series Titans. He’s a pretty talented young actor and I didn’t expect an actor like him to end up in the role as he’s been in a bunch of big movies. This will be his first TV gig.

Teagan Croft Cast as Raven in Live-Action Teen Titans

Deadline reports that the first cast member for the live-action Teen Titans series, simply titled Titans, has been found with Australian newcomer Teagan Croft set to play Raven.

The daughter of the demon Trigon, Raven is a powerful psychic primarily using psychic empathy, either absorbing emotions or pain of others and even healing them. Raven is also capable of telekinesis, teleportation, and astral projection.
