
In the original Star Wars trilogy, Han Solo (Harrison Ford) and his wookie co-pilot Chewbacca (Peter Mayhew) were often inseparable, at each other’s sides through the duration of George Lucas’ beloved movies, and the current blockbuster Star Wars: The Force Awakens. In just over two short years, fans will get to see a much younger version of this smuggler in Star Wars Anthology: Han Solo, which is set for release on May 25, 2018. While Disney still hasn’t cast Han Solo quite yet, studio CEO Robert A. Iger revealed during Deutsche Bank’s 24th Annual Media, Internet and Telecom Conference (via The Wrap), that Chewbacca will be present for this “origin story.” Here’s what he had to say about the studio’s Star Wars lineup.
