If you’re headed to San Diego Comic-Con this year you better star lining up for Hall H now because Warner Bros. is going to be showing off the first footage from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice this year! I figured there was a solid chance that this would be the case, but the confirmation comes from El Mayimbe from Latino Review who tweeted out the following information:

HOT #SDCC2014 RUMOR! The DC/Warners panel will show a hot clip from BATMAN v SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE. FIND SPOT @ HALL H line NOW! RT

He then followed that up with:

Hearing a hot rumor that the new BATMOBILE will be at comic con. #SDCC #SDCC2014 RT

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is currently shooting in Detroit, so there’s definitely going to be some footage for director Zack Snyder to show off.

I  would love to attend,  i have never been to this convention but  i always hear amazing things!  seeing  footage of this movie  would be amazing!  are you going ot the convention if  so are you seeing this panel?

Is This The First Look At WB’s Brand-New Batman Cartoon?

https://i0.wp.com/i.kinja-img.com/gawker-media/image/upload/s--m_KgQGf---/c_fit,fl_progressive,q_80,w_636/775169300836158378.jpg?w=584

It’s a look and nothing more, but this banner from the Las Vegas Licensing Expo sure looks like the first promo for a brand-new cartoon titled Batman Unlimited. Since Cartoon Network unceremoniously dumped Beware the Batman, the Dark Knight has needed a new series — but is this it?

A few caveats: The crazy-ass bat-logo featured in the title and on Batman’s chest is the same as the current logo for Mattel’s Batman toyline. And the name, Batman Unlimited, is the same name as Mattel’s Target-exclusive Batman toyline. But since this was apparently hanging at the Warner Bros. booth, I sincerely doubt they’d put up a banner for a toyline that’s not directly based on a show/movie/whatever that they’re putting out. Frankly. I bet the WB animation team liked the logo and the name, and cribbed ’em for this new series.

Now, time to speculate what the show may be about, and when I say “speculate” of course I mean “randomly guess given that there is literally no information other than this one image.” Unlmited usually denotes a larger team, but WB has seemed very reluctant to have a cartoon with the regular Bat-family in it for the last decade. I’m guessing they’re going to take a page out of Batman Inc.‘s book, and feature a team of Bat-men, such as current hero Batwing ,the Knight, Batman Japan, and maybe a few others that aren’t quite as ridiculous as the Native American hero Man-of-Bats. Anyone else care to speculate with me?

Possible Solo BATMAN Movie Release Date and Working Title

https://i2.wp.com/static.squarespace.com/static/51b3dc8ee4b051b96ceb10de/t/53a31d00e4b06b364471a20b/1403198726873/hr_Batman_vs_Superman_2.jpg?w=584With a new version of Batman being introduced in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, it’s not hard to imagine that Warner Bros. is going to eventually give fans another solo Batman film. The current Warner Bros. DC movie line up also includes Justice League, Shazam!SandmanWonder Woman, and a Flash/Green Lantern team up movie. Those are all set to be released between 2016 and 2018.

The good folks over at Latino-Review are reporting that the studio is also looking to release a new Batman solo movie in 2019. They also reveal that the working title for the movie is The Batman. This is just a rumor for now, but it’s not that hard to believe. I just wish we didn’t have to wait so long to see another standalone Batman movie. It’s ok though, we still have Batman v Superman and Justice League which will both include the Caped Crusader.

I imagine they’ve got Affleck locked in a contract for a certain number of films, so I’m sure he’ll star in it. Hopefully the fans like what he does with the character in the upcoming movie. There’s also a possibility thrown out there that Affleck could direct the Batman film, which would actually be really cool. Affleck is a great director, and I’m sure he would develop an awesome movie. Now I enjoy Zack Snyder‘s films, but lets face it… Affleck is the better filmmaker.

Lex Luthor’s Hairstyle in BATMAN V SUPERMAN

http://static.squarespace.com/static/51b3dc8ee4b051b96ceb10de/t/53a1c5cce4b017ac5c2cbeed/1403110861875/?format=750wI know you all want to know what Jesse Eisenberg‘s hairstyle is going to be in Zack Snyder‘s Batman v Superman: Dawn of the Justice. It’s the only hairstyle fanboys are showing any interest in these days. It’s just one of those things that people want to know!

Thanks to Batman-News we have some information on the matter. Over the last few days there have been scenes filmed at LexCorp, and according to sources on the set, Eisenberg is walking around with a full set of hair. They say that it’s not Eisenberg’s “typical curly look — it’s a bit longer, kind of loose and wavy, and it’s dirty blonde.” They go on to explain more about the character saying, “Eisenberg’s Luthor has spastic mannerisms, like a 20-something guy that pounds energy drinks all day.”

The site also gives some additional information on what the inside of LexCorp is like, “I’ve been told it’s ‘f***ing awesome’. There’s a basketball court in the lobby with a giant 30 foot neon LexCorp industries sign.”

what  do you think about  lex having  hair?  or maybe its  just a  wig hes wearing  like he  does in other movies and shows.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice will be released on May 6th, 2016.

DC’s answer to marvel with their movie line up!

https://i1.wp.com/images2.fanpop.com/images/photos/3300000/Justice-League-of-America-Wallpaper-justice-league-3330526-1024-780.jpg?resize=584%2C449According to well-known entertainment reporter Nikki Finke, she has unearthed what is “coming up” at Comic-Con next month for DC/WB. Note that Fink says “a lot of stuff remains in flux,” but here is what she’s reporting the studio’s schedule looks like:

May 2016 – Batman v Superman

July 2016 – Shazam

Xmas 2016 – Sandman

May 2017 – Justice League

July 2017 – Wonder Woman

Xmas 2017 – Flash and Green Lantern team-up

May 2018 – Man of Steel 2

This is kind of a crazy news break. So Warners is going to announce all of this in San Diego next month? Almost two years before Batman v Superman is even out?!

Still, wild as it sounds, Finke, the founder of the Hollywood trade site Deadline, has long been in the scoop game. After leaving Deadline on reportedly acrimonious terms, she has been out of the picture for months due to a non-competition clause with her former outlet. But as of today she has launched her own, new site, and it would seem as though she has used the biggest ammo in her reserve to do so: superhero movie news.

Plus, as we all know, Dwayne Johnson has been hinting about a DC movie he has coming up which many have thought to be Shazam (with the actor perhaps playing the villainous Black Adam). Joseph Gordon-Levitt is in fact developing a Sandman movie, and it has kind of gone without saying that Wonder Woman, Flash, and GL would probably get their own films eventually. At least, that’s surely what the studio has been hoping/praying would happen. And there was a report this past April that the studio had plans to develop at least nine more comics-based films.

Line-up said to include Justice League, Flash, Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, and more.

A new report has dropped today which claims to outline DC and Warner Bros.’ movie plans for the next several years, including the status of films based on Wonder Woman, the Flash, Green Lantern, the Justice League, and more.

The report goes on to say that a Metal Men and Suicide Squad movie had been a possibility as well for 2016, but that is no longer the case. (It’s not clear if she means one movie for both properties or two separate films.) Further, Finke elaborates on what happened with the delay of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.

According to her source, “There will be cameos of superheroes for future installments [in Dawn of Justice]. The cameos will include the already known Cyborg and Flash.” Green Lantern, as per this report, may also show up (not played by Ryan Reynolds), and Aquaman will appear in the Justice League film.

“Problem is,” continues the source, “Warner Bros Pictures was still negotiating with the actors for those cameos and future roles, meaning major contracts for multiple JL/character films to follow. The studio didn’t want to move forward until they had more of this secure so they held off starting production for a few months.”

So was Warner Bros. and DC’s big Comic-Con plan just blown? We’ll find out next month…

Wow what an announcement!  this is  huge  and  here i thought  dc was  going to  nothing for a long time and  pow we are hit with this!  this is  amazing  news!  this is the  answer to marvel  that we  all have been waiting  for.  not  crazy about the  line up  but at  least its a line up!  lets see what happens in the next few months!

Jason Momoa Aquaman in Zack Snyder’s Justice League

Is Jason Momoa Aquaman in Zack Snyder’s Justice League?

Following the rumored lineup of big screen DC Universe films that broke earlier this week comes word, via Hitfix, that “Game of Thrones” star Jason Momoa will be playing Aquaman in both Zack Snyder’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Justice League.

Bear in mind, this news contradicts one of the details from Nikki Finke’s Thursday report, claiming that Aquaman would not appear in the May 6, 2016 release and would instead make his debut in Justice League. It does, however, tie back to a report from last December that suggested Momoa had met to read for a mystery Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice role.

TheWrap‘s Jeff Sneider then took to Twitter, posting his own Justice League rumor, claiming that Martian Manhunter will appear alongside Max Lord and Darkseid.

Warner Bros. is likely to make some major reveals and/or confirmations about all of this at Comic-Con International in San Diego next month, so keep checking back for details as they become available.

Constantine Trailer Reveals the Show’s Ties to DC Universe

A New Constantine Trailer Reveals the Show’s Ties to a Larger DC Universe

Following a first trailer and a first clip, NBC’s upcoming “Constantine” has brought online a new Canadian trailer. Check it out in the player below, courtesy of GlobalTV and be on the lookout for a famous artifact from the DC Comics universe!

In “Constantine,” based on the comic book series “Hellblazer,” seasoned demon hunter and master of the occult John Constantine specializes in giving hell… hell. Armed with a ferocious knowledge of the dark arts and his wickedly naughty wit, he fights the good fight – or at least he did. With his soul already damned to hell, he’s decided to leave his do-gooder life behind. But when demons target Liv, the daughter of one of Constantine’s oldest friends, he’s reluctantly thrust back into the fray – and he’ll do whatever it takes to save her. Before long, it’s revealed that Liv’s “second sight,” an ability to see the worlds behind our world and predict supernatural occurrences, is a threat to a mysterious new evil that’s rising in the shadows. And now it’s not just Liv who needs protection; the angels are starting to get worried too. So, together, Constantine and Liv must use her power and his skills to travel the country, find the demons that threaten our world – and send them back where they belong. After that, who knows… maybe there’s hope for him and his soul after all.

From Executive Producer David S. Goyer (Batman Begins, The Dark Knight Rises) and director Neil Marshall (“Game of Thrones,” The Descent) comes a dark new thriller that proves fighting evil is a hell of a job. The series stars Matt Ryan, Lucy Griffiths, Harold Perrineau and Charles Halford.

“Constantine” premieres October 24 on NBC.

John Wesley Shipp Cast as Henry Allen in THE FLASH

http://static.squarespace.com/static/51b3dc8ee4b051b96ceb10de/t/53877ee0e4b0e8598637ccfa/1401388771052/john-wesley-shipp-cast-as-henry-allen-in-the-flash?format=750w

CBR recently got word that John Wesley Shipp will play Henry Allen, the father of Barry Allen in the upcoming CW show The Flash.

For those of you who don’t know, Shipp played Barry Allen in the 1990 version of The Flash. Here is the statement that site received:

Given his history with The Flash, Andrew [Kreisberg], Geoff [Johns] and I could only think of one person we wanted to play Barry’s father and that was John Wesley Shipp,” Flash executive producer Greg Berlanti said in a statement. “He gives a fantastic and emotional performance in the pilot and we are looking forward to his presence in many more episodes. Also, personally, it was just wonderful to work with him again since my days at Dawson’s Creek. He’s a great actor and a great guy.

In the show, Henry Allen has been accused of killing his wife, Barry’s mother. It sounds like he will have a prominent role in the show.

BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE.. Tittle revealed!

http://static.squarespace.com/static/51b3dc8ee4b051b96ceb10de/t/537ce46be4b09efdd84162cf/1400693867709/?format=500wWarner Bros. and director Zack Snyder have revealed the official title for Batman Vs. Superman, and it is Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice! They also released the official logo for the film above.

I like the title and the fact that it teases the Justice League film that will follow it. I’m really curious to see just how many Justice League characters they introduce or tease in Dawn of Justice. So far we have Batman (Ben Affleck), Superman (Henry Cavill), Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), and Cyborg (Ray Fisher).

The film also stars Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor and Jeremy Irons as Alfred, as well as Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne, Diane Lane, and Holly Hunter.

There are still no official plot details, but it’s set to be released on May 6th, 2016.

Seems like the movie is getting alot of hype!  What do you think? Do you like the tittle?
